Product Warranty

NorthStuds stands behind the products we sell.

Products sold by NorthStuds are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment, unless a different manufacturer warranty applies.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product under normal and appropriate use.

If a product is confirmed to be defective and covered under this warranty, NorthStuds may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the defective product
  • Provide replacement components where appropriate
  • Offer another reasonable resolution

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or reduced performance resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Improper use or application
  • Modification of the product
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Abuse, neglect, accident, or misuse
  • Installation on incompatible tires, tracks, equipment, vehicles, footwear, or other products

Installation and Product Compatibility

NorthStuds does not install tire studs or other traction products sold through our website.

Because installation methods, tire construction, equipment, operating conditions, and other products used in conjunction with iGrip products are outside our control, NorthStuds cannot guarantee performance when a product is incorrectly selected, installed, or used.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate product for their intended application and following all applicable installation instructions and manufacturer recommendations.

Warranty Claims

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at support@northstuds.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem, where applicable

We may request additional information to evaluate the warranty claim.

Please do not discard the product until your claim has been reviewed.

Legal Rights

This warranty is in addition to any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit any legal warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
